The evening will unfold with a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a curated tasting of Paul Wallace’s acclaimed cool-climate wines. Guests will be guided through each pour by the Wallace family themselves, sharing anecdotes from the vineyard, insights into their winemaking philosophy, and the inspiration behind each vintage.
From their Reflection Chardonnay, which was recently awarded Double Gold at the 2025 Wine Challenge, to the Brave Heart Pinot Noir 2022 and Little Flirt Sauvignon Blanc 2024, both proud recipients of Double Platinum accolades, this is a tasting lineup not to be missed.
