The launch of a dedicated Concierge Team in quarter 2, further enhancing our commitment to delivering unparalleled service and unforgettable journeys. The Concierge Team provides a seamless travel experience by offering personalised assistance to clients before, during, and after their trips. This initiative ensures every detail of the journey is meticulously handled, from itinerary customisation and travel documentation to on-the-ground support and special requests.

This fresh emblem reflects our dedication to “Ubuntu”, protecting wildlife, conserving natural resources, and fostering community empowerment through meaningful partnerships and travel experiences. We also partnered with two new charities – Seedballs and Eco Children. Launch of the Loyalty Program
This year saw the introduction of our loyalty program, rewarding repeat travellers with exclusive benefits. Designed to strengthen our relationships with clients, this program has been a significant milestone in fostering long-term connections. This coincided with a new photo competition, an exclusive opportunity for past clients to share their breathtaking moments from their African adventures.
Launch of new systems
A proprietary integrated reservation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and our Travel Club which provides detailed personalised travel itineraries.
Strategic Social Media Revamp
