Tintswalo Waterberg Appoints New GM Couple

Tintswalo Waterberg has appointed Claudia van Bergen and Stephen Ingram as GM couple at the family-friendly lodge in Welgevonden Game Reserve (Limpopo). The duo returns to the Tintswalo Collection, having previously held management roles at Tintswalo Lapalala, and later on at Lepogo Lodges in the same reserve, where they served as Relief Managers. Stephen also held the role of Head Guide, while Claudia took on Operations Management responsibilities. Their combined expertise and strong background in eco-tourism and hospitality management make them a valuable addition to the Tintswalo Waterberg team.

Stephen Ingram holds a three-year diploma in Advanced Nature Guiding and Conservation from Bhejane Nature Training in KwaZulu-Natal and is a recognized FGASA mentor. He began his career as a training Assistant and Camp Manager, which later led to his appointment as Lead Trainer and Guide at Bhejane Nature Training and Zulu Rangers Safari’s Bhejane Campus based in Hluhluwe/Pongola regions.

Claudia van Bergen also brings a wealth of experience from her six-year tenure at the Bhejane Campus. There she qualified across multiple disciplines, with roles ranging from Human Resources Assistant to Assistant General Lodge/Camp Manager at the Bushwillow Collection. She later served as Programmes Coordinator for Bhejane Nature Training.
