The Heart of the Helderberg collective is celebrating “Pink Spring” to pay tribute to the arrival of the season in the picturesque valley they call home.
Featuring delightfully curated pink drinks and tiny finger-food combinations, locals and visitors alike are invited to taste and tipple their way through the iconic wine and hospitality estates of Vergelegen, Morgenster, Lourensford, Erinvale Hotel & Spa and Erinvale Golf Clubhouse.
An initiative to showcase the area’s many attractions while supporting local businesses. The collective’s “Pink Spring” is yet another enticing reason to stop by and find out what all the fuss in the Helderberg is about.

At this luxury hotel, local meets French to indulge your sweet tooth. Sip a Pink Toor, a uniquely South African five-year-old single-grain whisky, paired with a delicate Petit Four Platter, including a berry bonbon, strawberry macaroon and a pink coconut burfi. Bliss for the tastebuds.
